Joëlle joined Skin Deep in 2025 as Strategic Director. Over the last decade, she's worked across culture, funding and social justice, building partnerships, leading programmes and helping organisations navigate growth and change. Outside of Skin Deep, she is an artist, writer and incurable collector with a deep interest in identity, belonging and transformation.
